I. Introduction
This "FunClub GAMES User Agreement and Terms of Service" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is the legal service terms used by users to receive services provided by FunClub GAMES. FunClub GAMES hereby reminds you to read all the terms of this agreement carefully. Unless the user accepts all the terms of this agreement, he or she is not authorized to install, recharge, run the client software or otherwise use any of the services provided by FunClub GAMES. By clicking the "Agree" button during the registration process, the user fully accepts all the terms of this Agreement. These terms can be updated at any time by FunClub GAMES, and the revised service agreement will effectively replace the original service agreement once it is posted on the page. Ⅱ.The user behavior specification
1. Any use of the user name registered in FunClub GAMES in the products of FunClub GAMES is subject to the FunClub GAMES service terms, and the user has the rights and responsibilities for the actions of the account held after login. FunClub GAMES reserves the right to partially delete and delete all content generated by the user in the game without prior notice. 2. The user is obliged to keep the account number and password obtained during the registration service, beware of theft or disclosure, and be responsible for the serial or activity initiated after logging in to the system for this account and password. The user promises to follow the following rules when applying for and using an account: (1) The registration, modification and use of user names or nicknames must respect the ethics of the network and comply with relevant laws and regulations. Usernames or nicknames must not contain any test about threats, intimidation, ridiculous, vulgar, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, illegal, reactionary, inconsistency, offensive, damaging, harassing, defamatory, abusive or infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others. It must not involve politics, national leaders, and leaders of the Near-National State, as well as any words that may cause legal disputes. (2) The registration, modification and use of the user's profile picture must respect the network ethics and comply with relevant laws and regulations. Profile picture must not violate national laws and regulations, departmental rules, local government regulations, and must not violate public order and good customs (such as: infringement, gambling, pornography, head of state leaders, politically sensitive information, emergence or mapping of racial discrimination, religious discrimination, etc.) 4. FunClub GAMES is not responsible for any disputes arising from the transaction or reciprocity of the account with others in real life. 5. FunClub GAMES products are for your entertainment purposes only. You may not use any products of FunClub GAMES for any profit, or use FunClub GAMES products for gambling, casinos and any other violations. The user provides any convenience or condition for engaging in the aforementioned profit or illegal activities. 9. Except as otherwise provided by national laws, regulations or policies, FunClub GAMES does not provide any form of official repurchase, direct or disguised exchange of cash or in kind, mutual to each other for virtual currency, points and other virtual items in FunClub GAMES products. At the same time, you may not violate the national and FunClub GAMES company regulations, in any way in the game and offline or through other platforms for the trading of virtual currency, points or other virtual items of chess games. 10. You may not engage in any illegal or infringement of the legal rights of FunClub GAMES and other third parties, including but not limited to the following: (1) Implement any behavior that undermines the stability, fairness, or normal behavior of the game, including but not limited to the installation of third-party software that affects the balance of the game, or the use of game vulnerabilities to capture virtual currency, points, or virtual items, etc. (2) In the game game, "double cheating", after betting or deliberate escape in the game, the game currency, cause game points or other virtual items are lost to other players, unreasonably delaying the game or the game time affects the fairness of the game, or other cheating behavior; (3) In some way implied or falsely claiming FunClub GAMES internal employees or a special identity in an attempt to obtain illegitimate interests or influence other users' rights; (4) use illegal or inappropriate words, characters, etc. in the game, including for role naming; (5) Various illegal external acts; (6) Spreading illegal speech or inappropriate information; (7) Stealing other people's game accounts and game items; (8) Conducting game account transactions privately; (9) Use BUG (also known as “vulnerabilities” or “defects”) to obtain improper benefits, or use the Internet or other means to spread plug-ins, cheating software; (10) Use the services provided by the developer to engage in any behavior unrelated to the application, including but not limited to any other means such as giving away game currency, gifts, etc., promoting other applications or games, inviting and inducing other users to use other applications; Inducing other users to abandon and stop using the application; damaging the application brand and undermining any order of the application; (11) Disperse or transmit advertisements, pornography, any harassing, slanderous, abusive, intimidating, vulgar, or any other illegal information through the game social system, and all the contents of 7; (12) Other misconducts that are widely recognized in the industry, whether or not they have been clearly stated in this agreement or the rules of the game; (13) Spreading viruses or other content that is harmful to the game system; (14) Other violations of laws and regulations, infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of other users, interference with the normal operation of the game or the unauthorised authorization of FunClub GAMES. 12. You may not engage in the following acts unless permitted by law or with the written permission of FunClub GAMES: (1) Reverse engineering, reverse assembly, reverse compiling, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of the software; (2) Scan, probe, and test the game software to detect, discover, and find possible BUGs or weaknesses; (3) Copying, modifying, adding, deleting, and copying the data that is released into the memory of any terminal during the running of the game software or software, the interaction data between the client and the server during the running of the software, and the system data necessary for the software to run. You should abide by local laws and regulations when using the FunClub GAMES service and respect local ethics and customs. If your actions violate local laws, regulations, or ethical customs, you should be solely responsible for this. 14. If FunClub GAMES have not registered a certain or certain games of FunClub GAMES, you may not register the trademark without authorization. Otherwise, you should cooperate with the FunClub GAMES Deep Trademark Office to revoke the registered trademark, or transfer the registered trademark you obtained to FunClub GAMES for free, completely and irrevocably.
Ⅲ.User information protection
Protecting user information and privacy is a fundamental principle of FunClub GAMES. In addition to the provisions of this agreement, FunClub GAMES will follow the relevant privacy policy published by FunClub GAMES for the collection, use and protection of user information.
Ⅳ.The game service
1. The services defined by FunClub GAMES include: text, software, sound, photos, pictures, graphics, layout structure; all content in the advertisement; the entire content of the email; the commercial information provided by the FunClub GAMES game service to the customer. All of this content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other property ownership laws. Users may only use these content after obtaining written authorization from FunClub GAMES or the relevant rights holder. 2. All software released by FunClub GAMES can be downloaded and used free of charge by users. However, users may not modify the client program of FunClub GAMES without the permission of FunClub GAMES; they may not create, transmit or use any third party software to disrupt the normal game order or damage the FunClub GAMES interests. 3. The User agrees that all services provided by FunClub GAMES are for personal use only and are not for commercial use within the scope of the Service Platform. The user also undertakes not to use any service for commercial purposes such as advertising, sales, commercial display, etc. without the written consent of FunClub GAMES. 4. In order to better provide users with FunClub GAMES services, FunClub GAMES has the right to make adjustments, updates or optimizations to any content or constituent elements in the game (including but not limited to the characters, game equipment and other features you purchase or are using) The art design, performance and related numerical settings of the game props are adjusted, updated or optimized, etc.). For the specific purpose of the content, the foregoing content is used for other value-added services after the use, reproduction, modification, adaptation, publication, translation, and creation of derivative works.
Ⅴ.Game virtual currency
1. Users must purchase game virtual currency through the formal channels announced by FunClub GAMES. If they use the products produced by non-FunClub GAMES to recharge, or recharge in an illegal way, and the user rights are damaged, they must not ask FunClub GAMES to do so. FunClub GAMES will also retain the right to terminate its account and use the services at any time for any compensation or compensation. 2. When using the FunClub GAMES recharge system, the user must carefully confirm his or her account number. If it is wrong due to its own input error, improper operation or lack of understanding of the charging method, etc., it will cause damage to the account and select the wrong type of recharge. All losses shall be borne by the user. 3. After the user has successfully recharged, the product may not be returned, unless the product itself is defective or unusable. 4. In the case that the game virtual currency is not used or the account is cancelled (whether it is spontaneous cancellation or non-spontaneous cancellation), you cannot ask FunClub GAMES to return the virtual game currency you have recharged to cash. 5. The use of game virtual currency is limited to the purchase of virtual services provided by FunClub GAMES in the game, including but not limited to various game props, but not for payment, purchase of physical products or redemption of any products and services of other enterprises. 6. It is strictly forbidden for users to use the game virtual currency to carry out any illegal activities in the game or network or in reality. Once found, FunClub GAMES has the right to punish, confiscate its game virtual currency, stop using the qualification until the user account is deleted. 7. FunClub GAMES does not provide any game virtual currency transfer or trading system, and prohibits users from trading or implicit trading intentions anywhere outside the game. It is strictly forbidden to transfer any game virtual currency. Once discovered, FunClub GAMES has The right to punish, confiscate its game virtual currency, stop using the qualification until the user account is deleted. 8. It is strictly forbidden for users to obtain game virtual currency by means of illegal means or cheating. FunClub GAMES has the right to monitor the use of the user's game virtual currency, and when it finds that the user violates this agreement or other management rules and laws and regulations, it imposes necessary restrictions on the use of the user's game virtual currency, and alleged violations. FunClub GAMES has the right to change, manage, control or cancel virtual goods as needed. We may change the price and quantity of virtual goods without prior notice.
Ⅵ.Termination and change of service
1. FunClub GAMES reserves the right to stop or discontinue the services provided to users without prior notice when one of the following occurs: (1) Any violation of this agreement (2) Perform necessary maintenance and construction for network equipment (3) When a sudden network device failure occurs (4) FunClub GAMES is unable to provide online services due to force majeure factors (5) Due to the requirements of relevant government agencies 2. If FunClub GAMES terminates the game service due to its own service interruption, technical failure, etc. When FunClub GAMES terminates the operation of the online game service, or the online game operation right transfer, the user will be notified 60 days in advance. The game virtual currency that has not been used by the user and the game service that has not expired may be applied for returning according to the proportion of the user's purchase, returning the user in legal currency or other means accepted by the user. 3. FunClub GAMES does not warrant that its services will be free from any bugs and will not be liable for any problems that may arise.
Ⅶ. User violation penalties
1. In violation of any other agreement in this agreement, FunClub GAMES reserves the right to take one or more of the following measures depending on the severity of the circumstances: (1) Warning; (2) Delete illegal violation information; (3) Cancel, delete or recover the relevant virtual currency, virtual props or rewards (such as game currency, game points, qualifications, awards and awards) obtained by your game account for violation of this agreement; (4) Restoring the game account data to the original state before the occurrence of the abnormality (including recovering the transferred data to the third party); (5) Delete all or part of the game data; (6) Restrict or prohibit the use of all or part of the game's functions; (7) Temporarily or permanently prohibiting login (suspend account); (8) Suspend or terminate the game service; (9) Hand over the relevant administrative organs to impose administrative penalties according to law, or report the case to the relevant authorities for criminal responsibility. 2. You acknowledge and agree that if FunClub GAMES takes a numbered action on your game account in accordance with this Agreement, the specific title period will be determined by FunClub GAMES according to your violations; during the title period, the game virtual currency in your game account , game currency, game equipment and other game virtual items may not be used; may cause the game data and related information under the user account to be deleted, and the loss of related rights, the loss is borne by the user, FunClub GAMES do not assume any responsibility.
